Listing Information: Catering providers who create listings share business details, menu information, images, pricing, service areas, and other business-related information.

Booking Information: When you request or book catering services, we collect your email address, phone number, event date, location (address), number of guests, and budget.

Communication Data: We store messages exchanged between customers and providers through our platform.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and access times.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including to connect customers with catering providers, facilitate bookings and communication, process payments, send service-related notifications and updates, respond to your inquiries and provide customer support, prevent fraud and ensure platform security, and analyze usage patterns to improve our platform.

Contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b)): Processing your account and booking data is necessary to provide our services, including connecting you with catering providers and facilitating bookings.

Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)): We use cookieless analytics to understand how the platform is used and to improve our services. This processing does not override your rights as no personal data is stored in your browser.
